I am a teacher by profession, graduated from the University of Plovdiv “Paisiy Hliendarski” with specialty Bulgarian language and history.
Our work has assembled me with Radoslava Stancheva in the already closed hospital school in Plovdiv . In our daily work with hospitalized children, we have noticed that not only learning lessons is missing them. Coming to the hospital, they feel isolated and depressed, thinking only of the disease. That is the reason why we have set ourselves the goal of creating an environment for these children, different from the hospital, with educational and entertaining activities that take them away from the disease.
Thus, in July 2017, the Health & Education Association was launched, bringing together proven professionals and people with experience in working with hospitalized children.
Every day the sparkling eyes of our children show us that our efforts are not in vain and we are heading in the right direction.

I have been working with hospitalized children for 17 years. I have been a member of the European HOPE Association for 4 years.
One disease can radically change the life of a child and his family. The support is very important in this difficult time for them. Оur motive with Zlatina Staykova is not to interrupt the relationship with the children and to make their day-to-day activities together with them.
The main priority in our work is to care for young patients. We strive to create a friendly atmosphere. Our joint activities have both an educational and therapeutic function and aim to break the thoughts from the disease and make quicker recovery.
I will be very happy more people to share our idea and join to our team.
